The Daiwa CA 80 Casting Reel features a low profile construction that increases palmability and control. This little reel emphasizes in a sleek and compact design. Made with a lightweight yet rugged anodized aluminum frame with a carbon graphite side plate, the Daiwa 80 Casting Reel features a reduced frame to spool (34mm) ratio, which makes it easier to palm and lessens strain throughout a long day of fishing, especially when flipping and cranking.
Allowing anglers to transition between techniques without sacrificing performance the Daiwa CA 80 Casting Reel is built with a Magnetic Cast control that allows anglers to make fine adjustments on the fly. Complete with a 90mm swept handle and soft paddle handle knobs, the Daiwa CA 80 Casting Reel delivers big time performance in a compact package.
